This policy explains what information IQ Video Studio (a studio of IQ Digital Holdings LLC) collects through iqvideostudio.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what you send us, we use it to respond and produce your project, and we don't sell it or use advertising trackers.
1. What we collect
- Project inquiries and creative briefs. When you submit our forms, we collect what you enter — typically your name, company, email, phone, website, and project details.
- Uploaded files. Assets you attach to a creative brief (logos, images, footage, documents) are stored so we can use them in your production.
- Payment information. Invoices are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe — we never see or store them.
- Basic technical logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.
2. What we don't do
We don't run advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site, we don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.
3. How we use your information
We use what you share to respond to your inquiry, recommend a scope, produce your video, send invoices and service emails (including a confirmation copy of your own submission), and keep normal business records.
4. Service providers
We rely on a small set of providers to run the studio, each of which processes your data only to provide their service to us:
- Vercel — website hosting.
- Supabase — secure storage of form submissions and uploaded files.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Stripe — invoicing and payment processing.
- YouTube (Google) — the showreel on our homepage is an embedded YouTube player. It loads only if you choose to play it; from that point, YouTube's own privacy policy applies.
New submissions also generate an internal alert (email and studio notification channels) so we can respond quickly; those alerts contain the details you submitted.
5. Retention
We keep inquiry and project information for as long as it's relevant to the inquiry, the project, or our business records. Want something deleted sooner? Just ask.
6. Your rights & choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing studio@iqvideostudio.com. We'll respond promptly, and applicable law (such as state privacy laws) may give you additional rights.
7. Children
This site and our services are for businesses and adults; they are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect children's information.
8. Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date above.
