These terms govern your use of iqvideostudio.com and any video production project you engage us for. "IQ Video Studio," "we," "us," and "our" refer to IQ Video Studio, a studio of IQ Digital Holdings LLC. By submitting a project inquiry or creative brief, or by paying a project invoice, you agree to these terms.
1. What we do
We produce finished video content — scripting, professional voiceover, licensed music, motion graphics, and editing — delivered as ready-to-publish files. We are a faceless-video studio: our productions do not include on-camera talent unless separately agreed in writing.
2. How projects work
- Brief. You share your goals through our project form or creative brief.
- Scope. We reply with a recommended scope, price, and estimated timeline in writing.
- Deposit. A 50% deposit via secure invoice locks in your project and production slot. Production begins once the deposit and your required materials are received.
- Review. Draft cuts are delivered for your feedback with a visible IQ Video Studio watermark. Drafts are for review only and may not be published or distributed.
- Delivery. The remaining balance is due on delivery, before final files are released. Final files are delivered clean — no watermark.
3. Payment
Invoices are issued and processed through Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Final deliverables, including commercial-use rights, transfer to you only when the project is paid in full.
4. Revisions
Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated in its description (typically up to two). A revision round is a consolidated set of change requests to the delivered cut. Requests beyond the included rounds, or changes that expand the agreed scope (new lengths, new formats, re-scripting after approval), are quoted and billed separately.
5. Timelines
Turnaround estimates are stated in business days and begin when we have both your deposit and all required materials (brand assets, approvals, and any content you're supplying). Estimates are made in good faith but are not guarantees; delays in client feedback extend timelines accordingly.
6. Your materials
If you upload or send us logos, footage, images, scripts, or other assets, you confirm you own them or have permission to use them, and you grant us a license to use them solely to produce your project. We may decline material that is unlawful or infringing.
7. Production methods & licensing
Our productions may incorporate licensed stock footage and imagery, licensed music, digitally generated visuals, and synthetic voice narration. Every third-party and generated element in your final deliverable is licensed or produced for commercial use in that deliverable.
8. Rights in the finished work
Upon full payment, you receive full commercial-use rights to the final delivered files — use them on any platform, in ads, and in your marketing, worldwide, with no ongoing fees. Watermarked draft cuts remain our property and are licensed for internal review only. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and showreels; if you'd prefer we don't, tell us in writing and we'll honor it. Editable project files and source assets are not included; deliverables are the finished, rendered video files.
9. Cancellations & refunds
You may cancel before production begins for a full refund of your deposit. Once production has begun, the deposit is non-refundable, as it covers work already scheduled and performed. If you cancel mid-project, work completed beyond the deposit's value is billed at a pro-rated rate. If we cannot complete your project for reasons within our control, we'll refund payments for work not delivered.
10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
We warrant that we'll perform services professionally and substantially as scoped. Beyond that, services and deliverables are provided "as is," and we make no guarantees about business outcomes such as views, engagement, or revenue. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted here at the time you engage us is the one that applies to your project. We'll update the effective date above whenever we make changes.
